Job Posting – Human Resources Generalist
Working as a member of the HR team within Executive Services, reporting to the Human Resources and Financial Director, the Human Resources Generalist will provide seamless and efficient human resources support to employees for all core HR functions, with a particular focus on benefit administration, case management, health and safety and recruiting. The goal is to ensure the operation of the HR department runs smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the service as a whole.
Armed with a University Degree or College level certificate/diploma in HR Management, along with the completion of or actively working on their CHRP designation, applicants should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in various functional areas of human resources or related field.
Salary range is $56,493 - $68,171 (at current 2017 salary rate).
