Tender Forms and specifications may be picked up on Friday, November 3, 2017, and thereafter at Police Headquarters, 93 Dundas Street East, Belleville, Ontario. Ask for the Officer in Charge. Tender forms and specifications will be accepted in the envelope provided until 1300 hours (1:00 p.m.) on Friday, November 24, 2017.
It shall be clearly understood that the lowest or any proposal or any part of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

Snow Plowing Contract
The Belleville Police Service is seeking quotes for snow plowing, sanding and removal services at the police facility located at 93 Dundas Street East, Belleville, Ontario K8N 1C2.
Snow is to be plowed if accumulation exceeds two inches (5 centimeters). Plowing is to be done between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Salt/Sanding of lot to be applied automatically or as requested by customer.
Snow shoveling at main doorways and walkways to be completed before 7:00 a.m., including salting.
If requested, additional snow shoveling at main doorways and walkways at other times during the day and evening, including salting.
Snow pile removal shall be completed by the successful bid upon the request of the Belleville Police Service.
