Impaired Driving

Belleville, Ontario – On June 2nd,  2018 at approximately10:00 p.m. Belleville Police were called in response to a possible impaired driver.  It was reported that a white Ford F150 with orange wheels had struck a vehicle in a parking lot on North Front Street.  The vehicle was located in a parking lot on North Front St.  The driver of the F150 was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and operate a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol.  Robert Reid (48 years) of Belleville will appear in Provincial court on June 21st, 2018.

 

Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario – On June 2nd, 2018, at 10:30 p.m. police attended on Bell Blvd. regarding a disturbance. A 41-year-old Prince Edward County man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He was issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place.

On June 3rd, 2018, at 12:15 a.m. police attended at a disturbance on Holloway Street. A 51-year-old Belleville woman was arrested for her own protection under Liquor Licence Act. She was issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place.

On June 3rd, 2018, at 3:05 a.m. police assisted paramedics as a male was located passed out underneath a parked truck in a parking lot on North Front Street. Once assessed the 19-year-old Frankford man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He was issued a provincial offence notice.
